All Senior High School (SHS) Applicants shall register online at: https://tinyurl.com/SHS-TCH1-Applicant on or before June 10, 2022 until 5:00 pm only. The link will automatically lock after the specified date and time. Only those who registered online shall be considered in the official lists of applicants.

Requirements:

Letter of intent address to Schools Division Superintendent

CSC Form 212 (Revised 2017) in two (2) original copies with latest ID picture

Certified photocopy of PRC Professional Identification Card/ Certificate of Registration/ License

Certified photocopy of ratings obtained in the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET)/ Professional Board Examination for Teachers (PBET)

Certified photocopy of Certificate of relevant specialized trainings (if any)

Certified copy of Voter's ID and/or any proof of residency as deemed acceptable by the Division Selection Committee

NBI Clearance

Omnibus certification of authenticity and veracity of all documents submitted, signed by the applicant

Certified photocopy of Transcript of Records (TOR) with at least 15 units of specialization in relevant strands/ specialized subjects

Certified photocopy of Diploma on bachelor's degree

Copies of service records, performance ratings and school clearance with those teaching experience

Certificate of EPT result (if any)

Additional Requirements:

For TVL Teacher Applicants

TESDA NC for at least one level higher than course to be taught in subject to be taught (e.g. NC-III in SMAW to teach SMAW-NCII) or same level if there is no NC Level higher. Exceptions are given to applicants for courses with No National Certificates (e.g., Handicraft courses)
