The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Regional Office VII-Cebu informs the examinees that the list of ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT for taking the Licensure Examinations scheduled in JANUARY 2022 are as follows:
For all unvaccinated / partially vaccinated examinees:
1. NPS/OPS RT-PCR from DOH-accredited Molecular Laboratories taken 72 hours prior to scheduled examination;
OR
2. Antigen testing/ Saliva Testing from DOH-accredited Laboratories taken 24 hours prior to the scheduled exam.
For FULLY vaccinated examinees:
1. Original and 1 photocopy of Vaccination Card
The scheduled licensure examinations for January 2022 are as follows:
- Dentists (Practical)
- Dentists (Written)
- Medical Technologists
- Architects
- Professional Teachers (Batch 2)
