HOW TO APPLY
For NCR Applicants:
Walk-in or Personal Application:
Interested and qualified NCR applicants may personally submit their application to the Human Resource Planning and Performance Management Section (HRPPMS), DSWD-NCR, Room 209 at San Rafael Corner Legarda Streets, Sampaloc Manila or send it to their email at recruitment.foncr@dswd.gov.ph with following documents/attachments:
1. Application letter addressed to the Acting Regional Director:
ATTY. MICHAEL JOSEPH J. LORICO
(Signifying the Position, Status of Employment, and the desired Place of Assignment applying for) affixed with your signature. Check your DSWD Regional Offices and Directors.
2. Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212 Revised 2017) with recent passport-sized picture and Work Experience Sheet (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017)
3. Photocopy of duly signed Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) in the last rating period, (if applicable);
4. Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/Board of Rating and PRC License;
5. Photocopy of Transcript of Records and Diploma;
6. Photocopy of certificate of learning and development interventions/training
7. Photocopy of Certificate/s of previous and present Employment (if applicable)
8. Photocopy of Company/Agency clearances (Latest Employer, if applicable) and
9. Photocopy of Appointment and Service Record (if presently or previously employed in any government agency)

1. For Online Application:

2. For multiple applications, please submit separate application requirements for each desired position
3. For walk-in applicants, please ensure to submit your documents with a clip fastener.

FOR Central Office Quezon City Applicants:

1. Application Letter stating the desired position, item number/code, salary grade and office/bureau/service/unit addressed to Director Leonardo C. Reynoso, CESO III of Human Resource Management and Development Service;
2. Duly signed and updated Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport size picture and thumbmark (Note: For internal applicants, Electronic-PDS may accomplish and access through the DSWD HRMIS account or you may download it through the CSC website);

4. Scanned authenticated copy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID /proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC renewal license.

6. Scanned authenticated copy of Certificate of Grades for Master’s Degree earned units (If applicable);
7. Copy of certificate of relevant trainings and seminars attended (If applicable);
8. For government personnel applicants: Certificate of No Pending Administrative, Civil, and/or Criminal Case (CENOPAC) (For internal applicants from DSWD Central Office, you may access the CENOPAC request through this link https://hrmis.dswd.gov.ph/cenopac_requestlist.php)
For applicants from private companies: Certificate of Employment
9. Copy of Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) in the last rating period or its equivalent for external applicants (Performance Evaluation/Appraisal).

Qualified applicants may email/attach the following documents to recruitment.fo7@dswd.gov.ph with the Subject template (Position Title and Item Number):
1. Application Letter addressed to Director Rebecca P. Geamala of DSWD Field Office VII;
2. Comprehensive resume with Job Description and 2×2 I.D. picture;
3. Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet with Work Experience Sheet;
4. Copy of eligibility/updated professional license;
5. Transcript of Record / Diploma;
6. Copy of relevant trainings and seminars attended; and
7. Copy of performance rating in the present position for the last rating period or its equivalent for external applicants and must have a Very Satisfactory rating.
