NAPOLCOM Online Exam Application 2023
The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) will open the On-Line Exam Application Scheduling System (OLEASS) for the Computer-Assisted Examination (CAEx) and Regular for the PNP Entrance Examination 2023.
The NAPOLCOM Computer-Assisted Examination (CAEx) for the PNP Entrance Examination is open to all Filipino citizens who meet the age and educational requirements, as well as to Patrolman/Patrolwoman whose appointments are temporary for lack of appropriate eligibility.
Those who passed the examination are conferred by the Philippine National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) the PNP Entrance Eligibility which is the appropriate appointment to the rank of Patrolman/Patrolwoman, as prescribed under Sec. 30 of Republic Act No. 6975, as amended by Republic Act No. 8551.
The Online Examination Application Scheduling System for the PNP ENTRANCE EXAMINATION of Regular Examinees will be activated on May 8-18, 2023 at 12 noon, Click here or access www.oleass-napolcom.com to apply.

To address the issue of problematic access of the OLEASS of applicants for the PNP Entrance Examination, the first letter of an applicant’s family name shall determine the scheduled date when he/she can secure online schedule, as follows:

The PNP Entrance Examinations will be simultaneously held in the following test centers:

DATE OF EXAMINATION
The Commission will conduct the PNP Entrance and Promotion Examinations for CY 2022, including the Police Executive Service Eligibility (PESE) Written Examination, on the following dates:
June 17, 2022 – PNP Entrance Examination
TBA– PNP Promotional Examinations
Period of Online Scheduling:
Police Officer 4th Class: TBA
Police Officer 3rd, 2nd, 1st Class: TBA
The said exams will be conducted in the following regions: Regions 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11 and 12.
TBA - Police Executive Service Eligibility Examination
(For PESE Examinees)
Please be informed that the Notice of Admission (NOA) for Police Executive Service Eligibility (PESE) Examinations, which will be held on TBA, is now available online and may be accessed through www.napolcom.gov.ph
All PESE examinees are advised to click the link provided for in the said website; type in their last name; and enter their birthdate to access and download the printable NOA as well as the Health Declaration Form. Examinees are further advised to print the NOA and the Health Declaration Form to be presented and submitted during the examination date.

HOW TO APPLY
1. The applicant logs into the OLEASS for CAEX.
2. Fills out the mandatory fields and clicks the NEXT button.
3. Chooses the desired date of examination and click SUBMIT button. A CONFIRMATION will appear if registration was successful. If not, the process should be repeated.
4. CLICK on the link to print the Letter of Confirmation.
5. Applicant proceeds to the NAPOLCOM Central Office on the date and the time stated on the Letter of Confirmation with the complete requirements.
WARNING: It is strongly discouraged for one person to register in the OLEASS twice or more. He or she will be excluded from taking the exam if it is proved that two or more names belong to the same individual.

WHAT TO BRING WHEN FILING
1. The applicant’s emailed confirmation slip, a completed Application Form and Index Card, and two (2) recent and similar 1×1 ID pictures (colored) with white backgrounds and full name tags (indicate rank if PNP member, Last name, Middle name and First name).
2. One (1) legal size window envelope
3. Transcript of Scholastic Record (with Special Order issued by CHED) and from CHED-accredited schools, state universities and colleges.
4. College/University Diploma
5. Birth Certificate (BC) in Security Paper issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) or Certified True Copy (CTC) of BC issued by the Local Civil Registrar (LCR) and duly authenticated by PSA.
6. For Patrolman/Patrolwoman with temporary appointment, a certified true copy of Attested Appointment, Plantilla Appointment or Special Order.
7. One (1) Government Issued ID with signature (SSS, GSIS, Voter’s, Postal, Passport, Driver’s License, PRC, etc) Note: STRICTLY “NO ID, NO PROCESSING.”
8. All examinees must present a MEDICAL CERTIFICATE issued by a licensed government physician from the Barangay/Municipal/City/Provincial Health Office, or other government health monitoring center/office where the examinees reside, at the designated area for the Medical Team. It must clearly state that he/she is COVID-19 FREE.
Said medical certificate must be issued within 72 hours before the examination day. Barangay Certificate, rapid test result and medical certificate from a private physician WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

How much is the examination fee?
Six Hundred Pesos (Php 600.00)
Is there a height requirement prior to the test?
As long as applicants have a bachelor’s degree and not more than 30 years old, there would be no height requirement for police exams. Furthermore, the above exams are distinct from the general requirements for Patrolman/Patrolwoman (Pat).
Note: It is only applicable when you apply for Patrolman/woman (Pat) Recruitment Program and must abide the required qualification i.e 5’4 or 1.62m for male and 5’2 or 1.57m for female unless you secure a height waiver. Although there’s an approved bill on lowering height requirements of PNP applicant but still it is pending for implementation.
NOTIFICATION OF EXAMINATION
A qualified applicant shall be issued a Notice of Admission (NOA) on the day he/she files his/her application and after completing the application process, he/she will be required to proceed to the Examination Center (20th floor) to take the exam.

WHAT TO WEAR ON THE DAY OF THE EXAMINATION
Applicant must wear Plain White Shirt, Dark Pants and Shoes.
Examinees who do not dress accordingly WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to enter the examination center.
NOTE: Each examination day will have a maximum of fifteen (15) examinees.
