The following are the Qualification Standards:

Position: School Principal I (Elementary)

Vacant: 9

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education or Bachelor's degree with 18 professional education units

Experience: HT for 1 year or TIC for 2 years or MT for 2 years or Teacher for 5 years

Training: 40 hours of relevant training

Eligibility: RA 1080 (Teacher)


Position: School Principal II (Elementary)

Vacant: 1

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education or Bachelor's degree with 18 professional education units plus 6 units of management

Experience: 1 year as Principal

Training: 40 hours of relevant training

Eligibility: RA 1080 (Teacher)


Position: Head Teacher III (Elementary)

Vacant: 4

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education or Bachelor's degree with 18 professional education units 

Experience: HT for 2 years, TIC for 2 years or Teacher for 5 years

Training: 24 hours of relevant training

Eligibility: RA 1080 (Teacher)


Position: Head Teacher III (Elementary)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education or Bachelor's degree with 18 professional education units

Position: Master Teacher II (Vocational Department)

Education: Bachelor's Degree for Teachers or equivalent as provided in Magna Carta for Teachers plus completion of academic requirement for M. A.

Experience: MT for at least 1 year

Position: Master Teacher I (Secondary)

Education: Bachelor's Degree for Teachers or equivalent as provided in Magna Carta for Teachers plus completion of academic requirement for M. A.

  • Updated Service Record duly signed by proper authorities
  • Certificate of Eligibility
  • Performance Rating for the last 3 rating periods (Attach IPCRF duly signed by proper authorities)
    1. Teaching Positions: SY '20-21 SY '19-20 SY '18-19
    2. Non- Teaching Positions (for applicants within the Division of NegOcc) CY '21, CY '20, CY '19
    3. Non- Teaching Positions (for applicants Outside the Division of NegOcc) last 3 years performance rating relative to the last 3 years of experience
  • Certificate of training after the recent promotion/appointment
  • Other designations (with specific duties and responsibilities) if any
  • Position Description form for Regular Employees and from Other Government Agencies
  • Omnibus Certification of authenticity and veracity of all documents submitted, signed by the applicant

Timeline of Activities:

Submission of Documents: February 15, 2022

Deliberation at the School/District Level: February 16-18, 2022

Submission of Initial Evaluation Results: February 21, 2022

Submission of Applicant's Documents to the Division: Upon Notice from HRMPSB

Additional Notice:
  • Late documents shall not be evaluated
  • No additional documents shall be submitted after the deadline
  • No retrieval of folders shall be allowed once received by the Districts/ Division Office
