 Non-uniformed personnel (NUP) refer to all civilian employees in the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), and all other uniformed agencies of the government, including the Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), Department of National Defense (DND), Bureau of Fire Prevention (BFP), Bureau of Corrections (BuCor), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), and the National Mapping and Resource Information Authority (NAMRIA).

  • Two (2) Administrative Aide IV (Clerk II)

What are the Requirements:


Interested and qualified applicants should signify their interest in writing. Attach the following documents to the application letter and send to the address below. Applicants can submit their application folder in their respective Police Provincial Office / City Police Office, C/O Admin Section. 



For the In-Service Applicants:


A. Affidavit of undertaking (that in case they will be appointed to the position applying for, they must report to the office/unit of their new appointment and shall not in any way solicit intervention for their retention to their current office/unit of their assignment prior to the appointment to the new position;

B. Letter of Application addressed to:

(indicate the position and the unit / mps / place of assignment of the desired positions;

C. Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);

D. Current Attested Appointment  (KSS Form Blg. 33 / CSC Form 33-A Rev. 2018);

E. Authenticated Transcript of Records and Diploma;

F. Authenticated Certificate of Eligibility;

G. Authenticated Certificate of Training (relative to the position applying for); and

H. Individual Performance and Commitment Review (IPCR) - 2 consecutive IPCR


For New Applicants:


A. Letter of Application addressed to:

G. NBI Clearance;

H. PSA Birth Certificate;

I. PSA Marriage Certificate (if applicable);



Note: 

Applications with incomplete requirements shall not be entertained.

Only applicants who passed the the initial evaluation shall be subjected to panel interview. ALL QUALIFIED NEXT-IN-RANK are automatically considered applicants for promotion, however, he/she must submit a letter of intent. Failure to do so shall mean waving the right to be considered as applicant. Only passers in the initial interview will be notified for the next phase of recruitment.
