Didipio Mine employees work on a family-friendly roster schedule (10 days on/5 days off; 14 days on/7 days off; 20 days on/10 days off and 28 days on/14 days off) and working 11- hour shifts. Meals and accommodations are provided for non Didipio residents in the mine’s camp facilities.
