DepEd Hiring Non-Teaching Personnel - SDO Capiz, Western Visayas




The Department of Education (abbreviated as DepEdFilipinoKagawaran ng Edukasyon) is the executive department of the Philippine government responsible for ensuring access to, promoting equity in, and improving the quality of basic education. It is the main agency tasked to manage and govern the Philippine system of basic education. It is the chief formulator of Philippine education policy and responsible for the Philippine primary and secondary school systems. It has its headquarters at the DepEd Complex in Meralco AvenuePasig.

Recently, SDO Capiz has posted various vacant position for a non-teaching personnel (NTP). The deadline of submission is on September 1, 2023 at 4:00 o'clock. Here's the following positions:

  • Thirty (30) Administrative Assistant III - Senior Bookkeeper (SG 9)
  • Four (4) Administrative Assistant II - Accounting Clerk II (SG 8)
  • Twelve (12) Administrative Assistant II - Disbursing Officer (SG 8)
  • One (1) Admistrative Assistant II -Accounting Machine Operator II (SG 8)
  • One (1) Admistrative Assistant I-Administrative Assistant II (SG 8)
  • Thirteen (13) Administrative Assistant II - Clerk IV (SG 8)
  • Three (3) Administrative Aide VI - Clerk III (SG 6)
  • One (1) Administrative Aide III - Clerk I (SG 3)
  • Four (4) Administrative Aide I - Utility Worker (SG 1)
  • One (1) Security Guard II (SG 5)
  • One (1) Security Guard I (SG 3)

Interested applicants , regardless of age, gender, civil status, disability, religion, ethnicity and political affiliation must submit their application along with other requirements enumerated below to the Division Office or email to depedcapiz.hr@deped.gov.ph Letter of intent specifying the position applied. 

  • Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet with recent pass-port sized picture (CS Form 2012, Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph 
  • Performance Rating for the last 3 rating periods (if applicable) 
  • Service Record, Certificate of Employment if employed by a private company , duties and functions certified by the HR Officer/ or Head of Agency 
  • Outstanding Accomplishments 
a. Outstanding Employee Award 

b. Innovation(s) duly approved by the Head of Office 

c. Research and Development Projects conducted 

d. Certificate as Resource Speaker/Trainer in Seminar/Trainings/Symposia , etc. 

e. Articles published in news paper/ magazine of wide circulation 

  • Photocopy of Transcript of Records and/or Highest Educational Attainment 
  • Certificate of Trainings/Participation (relevant to the position applied for) 
  • Omnibus Sworn Certification of the applicant stating that all documents submitted are authentic copy of the original, complete and all statements therein are true and correct 
  • Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/license/board of rating 
  • Copy of Publication which can be viewed in the DepEd Capiz Division Website & csc.gov.ph
