The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) was created in 1995 to implement universal health coverage in the Philippines. It is a tax-exempt, government-owned and controlled corporation (GOCC) of the Philippines, and is attached to the Department of Health. Its stated goal is to "ensure a sustainable national health insurance program for all", according to the company. In 2010, it claimed to have achieved "universal" coverage at 86% of the population, although the 2008 National Demographic Health Survey showed that only 38 percent of respondents were aware of at least one household member being enrolled in PhilHealth.

Recently, PhilHealth in Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) has published various vacant positions to be assigned in different division / offices.

Qualification Standards:

Education: Bachelor's Degree
Training: 4 hours relevant training
Experience: 1 year relevant experience
Eligibility: CS Sub- Prof (1st Level) / CS Prof (2nd Level) / PD 907 / RA 1080

Important Things to know:

Applicants shall submit 2 sets of the requirements arranged in the order stated above. For verification, PRO-CAR's Human Resource Unit may require the applicant to present original documents.
