Non-uniformed personnel (NUP) refer to all civilian employees in the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), and all other uniformed agencies of the government, including the Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), Department of National Defense (DND), Bureau of Fire Prevention (BFP), Bureau of Corrections (BuCor), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), and the National Mapping and Resource Information Authority (NAMRIA).

What are the Requirements:
- Fully Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport size picture (CS Form Nom 212, Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
- Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
- Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license and;
- Photocopy of Transcript of Records
How to Apply:
Online:
All interested applicants may submit online through the NUP Online Application System (NUP OAS). Kindly register at http://nupoas.pnp.gov.ph/
1. The applicant will access the system by using his/her username and password
2. In the Online PDS Form Page, the applicant will out and submit his/her personal data, such as Personal Information, Family Background, Educational / Eligibilities, Previous Work Backgrounds and other information
3. An applicant is allowed to apply and send two application forms to two different recruiting Offices/Units.
