What are the Requirements:

Attached the following documents to application letter not later than August 15, 2022:

Fully Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport size picture (CS Form Nom 212, Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;

Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);

Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license and;

Photocopy of Transcript of Records

How to Apply:

Online:

All interested applicants may submit online through the NUP Online Application System (NUP OAS). Kindly register at http://nupoas.pnp.gov.ph/

1. The applicant will access the system by using his/her username and password

2. In the Online PDS Form Page, the applicant will out and submit his/her personal data, such as Personal Information, Family Background, Educational / Eligibilities, Previous Work Backgrounds and other information

3. An applicant is allowed to apply and send two application forms to two different recruiting Offices/Units.
