BFP CALENDAR OF ACTIVITIES 2023
The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) has announced the conduct of Calendar Year (CY) 2023 recruitment and hiring of 2000 Fire Officer 1 (FO1) NATIONWIDE.
The BFP-NHQ released a memorandum about the Calendar of Activities for the conduct of hiring and selection of 2000 Fire Officer 1 (FO1) CY 2023 across all regions in the Philippines.
The status of the application will be announced at BFP-NCR Official Facebook (FB) page.

GENERAL QUALIFICATION FOR APPOINTMENT
a. A citizen of the Republic of the Republic of the Philippines;
b. A person with good moral character;
c. Must pass the Neuro-Psychiatric Evaluation and Medical Examination for the purpose of determining his/her Physical and Mental Health;
d. Must not have been dishonorably discharged or dismissed for cause from previous employment; and
e. Must not have been convicted by final judgement of an offense or crime involving moral turpitude and has no derogatory records.

When is the Registration?
As announced, the online registration link will be reopened on April 4-13, 2023.
Those who pre-registered have been notified, and it is recommended that they
wait for the next announcement.
The pre-registration for the conduct of hiring and selection of FO1 CY 2021 will be activated soon. Refresh this page from time to time for the updates.
NOTE: Table of Contents must be captioned “Pertinent Papers for Fire Officer 1” in the upper portion of the paper and applicant’s name, address, contact number and email address in the lower portion of the paper.

What are the Documentary requirements for FO1 Applicant CY 2023?
The BFP applicant must prepare One (1) set of White Folder (properly tabbed)
containing the following Documentary requirements:
A. Original Copy of Application Letter addressed to the Regional Director stating the specific name of BFP Offices/Station (City/Municipal Fire Station) applying for;
B. Two (2) sets of duly accomplished Computerized Personal Data Sheet (PDS) (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017)
NOTE:
- Use Blue Inked Pen in affixing signature
- Passport Size Picture in FO1 Applicant attire, white background with handwritten Name Tag and Signature, Computerized Generated is not allowed, Size: 3.5cm x 4.5 cm
C. Three (3) copies of duly authenticated 2nd Level Eligibility (PRC/CSC);
D. Three (3) copies of duly authenticated TOR & DIPLOMA;
E. Two (2) Original copies of Birth Certificate issued by PSA;
For Married Applicant/s
a. Two (2) Original copies of Marriage Certificate issued by PSA
b. Two (2) Original copies of Birth Certificate of Dependents issued by PSA
F. One (1) Original copy of Clearances from the following, to wit:
- Barangay Clearance
- Police Clearance
- Mayor’s Clearance
- MTC Clearance
- RTC Clearance
- NBI Clearance

G. One (1) Photocopy of Certificate of Waiver issued by the Chief, BFP (in case applicant did not meet the height and/or age requirement);
H. One (1) copy of Authenticated Appointment and Service Record (applicable for former and current government employees only);
I. One (1) Photocopy of Philhealth, Pag-ibig and TIN number/Identification Card.
