Established in May 1999, BLUE COLLAR MANPOWER SERVICES, INC. (BCMSI) started to engage in manpower service contracting activities involving commercial/industrial housekeeping and other related undertakings including building and ground maintenance, carpet cleaning, and general manpower staffing (office services, in-store support , production workers, messengerial and other related services).

BCMSI employs highly motivated and competent professionals who have long years of experience in the maintenance and manpower contracting operations gained from reputable companies. All service personnel deployed by BCMSI to various clients undergo rigid training at the company training center which is conducted by our Service Trainers under strict supervision of our Technical Support Group.

To date, BCMSI has supplied a good number of skilled and semi-skilled janitors, drivers, messengers, elevator operators, data encoders, sales attendants, administrative/clerical staff, teacher aides, electricians, maintenance staff and factory workers to over thirty private organizations and government institutions.

What are the Qualifications for Each Position?

For Housekeepers:

Male
At least High School graduate or College level
No visible tattoos

For Production Workers

Male
with Experience in production
hardworking, flexible and motivated

For Drivers:

Male
with Professional Driver's License (PDL) restriction codes 1, 2, and 3
with at least 1-2 years driving experience in Forklift, Boom Truck and Fortuner
hardworking, flexible and motivated

For Assistant Embalmer:

Male
At least High School Graduate or College Level
hardworking, flexible and motivated

For Pump Attendants:

Male
At least High School Graduate or College Level
hardworking, flexible and motivated

For Warehouse Staff / Purchasing Staff:

Male
with experience as Warehouseman
willing to be train
hardworking, flexible and motivated

For Quality Control:

Male / Female
18 to 35 years old
College Level/ a graduate of BS Chemistry, Food Technology, Biology or any related field
Basic knowledge in GMP and HACCP
with Experience in Blast / Storage
with strong personality
has initiative and trustworthy
with excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
strong analytical skills, hands-on attitude and accurate working approach in warehouse management
