Acceptance of Applications shall be on a "First Come, First Serve" basis and upon due notice, may be stopped even ahead of the deadline.
Taking into consideration the covid19 cases in the area where the examination is to be conducted, the NAPOLCOM NCR reserves thr right to limit the number of examinees to be accomodated. The NAPOLCOM can also cancel the examination anytime as may be required by the concerned Local Government Unit (LGU).
HOW TO FILE AN APPLICATION:
An applicant should present all the required documents PERSONALLY only at the designated place of filing, and processing of application (PARANG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL), located at #84 P. Paterno St., Parang, Marikina City.
WHAT TO BRING WHEN FILING AN APPLICATION:
1. One (1) Government Issued ID with signature (SSS, GSIS, Voters, Postal, Passport, Driver's License, PRC, Etc.). Strictly "No ID, No Entry" Policy.
2. Two (2) recent and identical 1x1 ID pictures (in color) with white background and complete name tag (indicate rank before the first, middle and last names, if PNP member
3. NAPOLCOM EXAMINATION fee
4. One (1) legal size window envelope, with twenty (21) pesos worth of stamp
5. TOR (with Special Order issued by ChEd)
6. Diploma from ChEd-accredited Schools, SUCs
7. Birth Certificate in Security Paper issued by the PSA or Certified True Copy of BC by the Local Civil Registry (LCR) and duly authenticated by PSA and
8. For Patrolman/ Patrolwoman with temporary appointment, Certified True Copy of Attested Appointment, Plantilla Appointment or Special Order.
NOTICE OF EXAMINATION:
A qualified applicant shall be issued a Notice of Admission (NOA) on th day he/she files his/her application for the examination. However, to confirm the said status of application, he/she may verify from the NAPOLCOM NCR, Makati City with Telephone number 8882-1190.
