Position: One (1) Community Development Officer III
Salary Grade: SG 18- PHP 43, 681.00
Status: Memorandum of Agreement under KALAHI CIDSS
Areas of Assignment: Anywhere in Bicol
Qualification Standard:
Education : Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Anthroplogy, Public Administration, Social Work or any of the Social studies.
Experience : at least 5 years of combined, progressive, experience in project management, community organizing, and community approaches development, 2 years of which should be in a supervisory capacitym . Experience in a foreign assisted project will also be an advantage.
Training : at least 80 hours of relevant training in project management, community organizing, community development approaches, strategies/methodologies and gender and development
Eligibility: None required (MC 11 s. 96-Cat. III)
