JOB DESCRIPTION

The Administrative Assistant III (AA III) shall be working under Executive Office. Primarily, he/she will act as part of the Administrative Support Team of the Office, specifically functioning as computer operator. He/ She is expected to provide administrative and logistical support to ensure the performance of duties of the office.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.     Provide administrative support to ensure continuity of the office operations;

2.     Manages special projects as assigned by the Executive Assistant and Assistant Secretary;

3.     Improve and operate document tracking and other office operations-related (computer) systems;

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Database Administrator / Master Data Management Officer for the Data Management Division shall, as Unit Head for the Master Data Management Unit, ensure all outputs of the Master Data Management Unit are facilitated, to include improved consistency and quality of key data assets, such as projects and program data, asset data, beneficiary data, and spatial data. As OIC of the Division, based on order of succession, whenever the OIC-DC is not around, they will also manage and supervise the team.

They shall also be responsible for conducting deduplication and data-cleansing, name-matching and data management to ensure DSWD data integrity; lead tasks on database management, specifically on deployment/installation of databases, maintenance and optimization, change requests, data migration, and PPIS support.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.     Lead the planning and development of databases in collaboration with the junior database administrators and other related stakeholders;

2.     Performs deduplication and other quality checks to ensure high quality of master data;

3.     Manage, analyze, and resolve data initiative issues and manage revisions needed to best meet stakeholder requirements while adhering to data standards;

4.     In collaboration with subject matter experts and data stewards, define and implement data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable;

5.     Ensures master data integrity to support data quality as well as quality of master data in key systems, as well as, development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity;
