Interested and Qualified Applicants should signify their interest in writing by sending the following REQUIREMENTS:
- Application Letter indicating the position applied for, item number, and name of division/offices where the vacancy is;
- Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form 212, Revised 2017) and attach Work Experience Sheet
- Curriculum vitae
- Photocopy of Transcript of Records
- Photocopy of Diploma and/or Certificate of Graduation
- Photocopy of Authenticated Certificate of Eligibility/ Bar or Board Rating/ License
- Photocopy of Certificate of Employment with duties and responsibilities
- Photocopy of Certificate of Training/ Seminars attended
- Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable)
