Describe the following terms in your understanding. (4-5 sentences each)

1. Human Behavior
2. Organization.
3. Human Behavior in Organization

Human behavior is the potential and expressed capacity (mentallyphysically, and socially) of human individuals or groups to respond to internal and external stimuli throughout their life. While specific traits of one's personalitytemperament, and genetics may be more consistent, other behaviors change as one moves between life stages from birth through adolescenceadulthood, and, for example, parenthood and retirement.

Behavior is also driven, in part, by thoughts and feelings, which provide insight into individual psyche, revealing such things as attitudes and values. Human behavior is shaped by psychological traits, as personality types vary from person to person, producing different actions and behavior. Extraverted people, for instance, are more likely than introverted people to participate in social activities like parties.

An organization is a group of people who work together, like a neighborhood association, a charity, a union, or a corporation.

Organization is also the act of forming or establishing something (like an organization). It can also refer to a system of arrangement or order, or a structure for classifying things. Strangely enough, this word derives from the Old French, in which organize referred to your internal organs, your liver, heart, and so on. This verb originally meant giving an organic structure to something: understanding the function some part of the larger whole is supposed to fulfill, and making that happen.

Organizational behavior is the study of how human behavior affects an organization. Organizational behavior aims to learn how an organization operates through the behaviors of its members. Instead of taking a strictly numerical approach to determine an organization’s operations, it takes a more psychological approach. By understanding people, you can better understand an organization.

Organizational behavior is intended to explain behavior and make behavioral predictions based on observations. If you can understand behaviors, you can better understand how an organization works. In addition, organizational behavior studies how an organization can affect behavior.
