HOW TO APPLY | DSWD CAR

Interested and qualified applicants are instructed to submit their applications with complete set of documents:

Step 1: 

Accomplish the application Form via EPIC (for internal applicants) or via DSWD CAR website https://car.dswd.gov.ph/jobs (for external applicants

Step 2: 

Submit the scanned copy of the following application requirements at recruitment.focar@dswd.gov.ph in a single and consolidated pdf file

1. Application Letter indicating the position applied for and addressed to:

MR. RONILO R. FLORES

2. Updated and properly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form 212, Revise 2017) 

3. Updated and properly accomplished Work Experience Sheet (CS Form 212 Attachment) 

4. Performance Rating in the last rating period position, (if applicable)

5. Photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility/Rating/License, (if applicable) and

6. Photocopy of Transcript of Records and Diploma

7. Photocopy of Certificate of Employment and Clearance from previous employer/s

Email Subject: "REFERENCE NUMBER" - "POSITION"

Note: 

1. Request for extension of submission and application with incomplete documents will not be entertained.

2. Only qualified applicants are notified and will proceed to the next step of the recruitment process.

3. No other means of online application will be accepted other than the above-provided.
