JOB DESCRIPTION
The ITO I, as a junior software developer, will be responsible for a variety of duties related to the development, enhancement, implementation, and maintenance of a web-based ERP system.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Designing and coding specific features of SLP's ERP system and all matters relating thereto, while closely coordinating with other IT officers concerned for proper guidance and directions;
2. Documenting tasks during and/or after the system programming stage;
3. Performing unit and systems testing according to ensure smooth program implementation and operation of the newly developed system;
4. Taking charge, while closely working and coordinating with the concerned stakeholders and other IT officers;
5. Conduct all steps in the software development cycle;
6. Coordinate with different units for specific IT-related requests;
7. Conduct systematic monitoring of software engineering processes, tools and methods used to ensure quality of applications developed;
8. Provide technical assistance in the preparation of system maintenance, monitoring, change management and sustainability plans;
9. Process requests for change management and sustainability plans;
10. Prepare and submit documentation of tasks performed and service rendered;
11. Conduct quality assurance and system testing to ensure systems are released are error-free and comply with desired business requirements; and
12. Perform other related functions as may be assigned by the supervisor.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER III

JOB DESCRIPTION
The position is assigned at the Office of the Director of the Sustainable Livelihood Program – National Program Management Office. The PDO III shall perform full technical support to the Director.
The position also requires regular interaction, active coordination and liaison within the Divisions of the NPMO, with other offices, bureaus, services, or units, and other offices external to the Program and Department, among others.
Functions and Responsibilities:
The PDO III will perform full technical support to the Director in terms of:
1. Preparing and/or coordinating all requirements in all activities initiated by the Office of the Director;
2. Guaranteeing timely information exchange between the Office of the Director and concerned SLP-NPMO Divisions;
3. Contributing in the development of program policies, manuals, tools, and templates;
4. Preparing business process maps, official communications, and presentation materials as needed by the Office of the Director;
5. Reviewing all incoming/outgoing documents to/from the Office of the Director;
6. Distributing incoming documents to concerned staff and/or bringing matters to the attention of the Director, as necessary;
7. Assisting the Director, as needed, in ensuring that the organizational structure is responsive; and
8. Ensuring that appropriate arrangements and confirmations are made for all external meetings/international events including, registration, materials, logistics, among others.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER III

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Development Officer III shall act as a Process Monitoring Officer who shall provide direct technical assistance to field staff in relation to the implementation of the Sustainable Livelihood Program. This entails close coordination with the designated Field Offices (FOs) and its different units to ensure that the thrusts, directions and targets of the program are delivered.
Functions and Responsibilities:
The Process Monitoring Officer, PDO III are technical specialists who shall monitor the following:
1. Execution of the different SLP stages as indicated in the SLP guidelines and from time to time, provides necessary technical assistance to the RPMO that will help them execute properly the SLP process. Basing from the result of the monitoring, the Process Monitoring Officer shall identify recommendation along program implementation, policy enhancements, among others;
2. Monitor the implementation of the special projects lodged in the FOs in terms of process, fund utilization and monitoring of physical accomplishments with the following tasks:
o Identify recommendations along project implementation;
o Prepare a monitoring and technical assistance plan for regional offices;
o Assists the Field Offices in the processing of various documents submitted to the Central Office by ensuring compliance to the prescribed turn-around time in the processing of requests and clarifications;
o Analyze field performance and accomplishments, and use data analysis in preparing and implementing appropriate technical assistance interventions;
o Prepare technical reports based on monitoring regional performance and accomplishments;
o Coordinate with the different units of SLP NPMO to ensure the implementation of the various tasks related to the mandate of the Program; and
o Review the Sustainable Livelihood Program documents on a periodic basis to determine whether the existing policies are still applicable and responsive to field contexts.
