The Department of Health (DOH) is the executive department of the government of the Philippines responsible for ensuring access to basic public health services by all Filipinos through the provision of quality health care, the regulation of all health services and products. It is the government's over-all technical authority on health. It has its headquarters at the San Lazaro Compound, along Rizal Avenue in Manila.
The primary function of the Department is the promotion, protection, preservation or restoration of the health of the people through the provision and delivery of health services and through the regulation and encouragement of providers of health goods and services.
All interested and qualified applicants should signify their interest in writing with the following documents:
1. Four (4) copies application letter addressed to:

3. Four (4) copies of fully accomplished and duly signed of Work Experience Sheet Form (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017)
4. One (1) copy of Proof of Eligibility (PRC ID)
