The Computer Based English Proficiency Test ( CB-EPT) for teacher applicants for SY 2021-2022 wil be conducted at Urdaneta City National High School and Lananpinan National High School on May 18-19, 2021.

In this regard, all testing personnel will be having an orientation on May 14, 2021, friday at 2:00 pm at 👇

15 minutes before the start of the meeting for attendance checking.
Moreover, examinees must be at the assigned testing center 1 hour before the start of the examination. Use face mask and face shield upon entering the testing center.

and must bring the accomplishment form and submit to the assigned nurse upon entry.
